A man in a white shirt and dark pants stands in a flooded outdoor area at night, illuminated by a bright light source, as he watches a large green container being pushed through the water by a vehicle. The container is moved from the right side of the frame to the left, passing behind the man, while the vehicle and the container are partially visible throughout the sequence.
