Pants and stockings

A blonde anime character with long hair and a white dress with a red heart emblem stands with hands on her face, then turns and moves her arms in a dance-like motion against a dark background with colorful bokeh lights. The scene cuts to a blue-haired character in a white and pink dress, who is thrown backward with arms outstretched, then shown being held by her wrists as she is lifted and twisted, her expression shifting from surprise to distress.
