Kaa.

A man with a graying beard speaks directly to the camera in a dimly lit, unfinished room with a rough wall behind him. He moves his mouth and shifts his gaze slightly, appearing to speak earnestly. This scene alternates with a man in a dark jacket surrounded by a crowd, microphones, and cameras, speaking into a microphone while a man behind him raises his arm in excitement. The crowd is holding phones and flags, and the scene includes a news ticker at the bottom.
