Semen is poisonous

SpongeBob SquarePants and Squidward Tentacles are shown in a looping sequence; SpongeBob, wearing a hat, smiles and covers his mouth while standing next to a distressed Squidward, who has a long nose and is holding a phone, in a room with wooden walls; the scene alternates with Squidward alone in a red-walled room, holding a phone to his ear and a white bag, looking increasingly frustrated.
