A shirtless boy in yellow shorts dances and moves his arms in a rhythmic, playful manner while a small white dog with brown markings sits and stands on a concrete surface, looking up at him and occasionally barking or moving its head in response. The scene takes place outdoors in front of a large painted mural of the Brazilian flag with the phrase "Tudo ao Hexa" written on the blue circle.
