Kolyan rules

A man in a red jersey runs across a paved outdoor area toward a basketball hoop, jumps, and shoots the ball, but he misses the basket and falls to the ground, landing on his hands and knees. The scene takes place in a residential area with apartment buildings, parked cars, and a yellow and blue railing in the background.
