The Goddoggie

A man in a red tank top walks down a set of stairs toward a dog standing on a green artificial turf surface, the dog jumps down and sits, then the man extends his hand and the dog places its paw on his hand, and the man leans in to kiss the dog on the nose. The scene takes place outdoors in a narrow alleyway with a metal gate and brick walls.
