Not sneezing 2

A group of men sit on a low wall in front of a black metal fence, being interviewed by a man holding a microphone, while one man in a red shirt talks on a phone; the scene then cuts to a different group of men outdoors in a park-like setting, where a man in a striped shirt stands in the center with his hands raised, surrounded by others who are also raising their hands and moving their bodies in a synchronized, energetic dance or celebration.
