A man in a white straitjacket stands before a yellow school bus, raising his right arm with a pointed finger, then the scene cuts to a close-up of his face as he grins maniacally, followed by a shot of him in a police uniform smiling, then in a blue sweater and glasses smiling with a clenched fist, then walking in a dark suit, and finally holding a gun while smiling, all set against various indoor and outdoor backdrops.
