A steamy little bathhouse

A man with white hair drives a car at night in the rain, with police lights flashing outside and people standing on the street. The scene cuts to another man in a dark jacket, then shows a group of people with umbrellas in the rain, followed by a police car with flashing lights and a black car driving away in the rain.
