The dude got busted

A man in a grey hoodie leans into a car, handing a piece of paper to the passenger, a man in a suit and sunglasses, while the driver, also in a suit, holds a bottle and smokes a joint. The scene shifts from a view of the car's interior to a close-up of the passenger receiving the paper, then to the driver as he takes a drag from the joint.
