A woman in a gym performs a cable pull exercise, bending at the waist to pull a handle toward her body, then returning to an upright position. The scene is set in a well-lit gym with various exercise equipment and other people working out in the background. The video then cuts to a bird, possibly a hawk or falcon, peering through a wooden slat with its beak open, appearing to call out. The setting is a wooden enclosure, likely a birdcage or aviary.
