What kinda truth is that?

A man with dark hair looks down with a serious expression, then the scene cuts to a bald man in sunglasses sitting in a red leather chair, who looks forward and speaks while holding a small object, before cutting back to the first man looking up with a concerned expression. The setting is a dimly lit room with dark walls and a red leather chair.
