I'm a loser

A young man in a crown and red robe holds a pink feather duster, smiling as golden coins rain down around him in a celebratory scene. The sequence cuts to a briefcase filled with stacks of Japanese yen, then to a woman looking in through a window at a man lying on the floor surrounded by scattered money, followed by a close-up of the man clutching a phone, and finally to a black luxury car driving through a city at night before returning to the man in the crown, now holding a golden object as coins continue to fall.
