Now that's a stretch

A blonde woman in a bikini stands in a stadium as glowing, floating underwear surrounds her, then she spreads her arms as the underwear swirls around her. The scene cuts to a blonde man in a school uniform standing in a dark yard, who laughs maniacally while holding his head. The sequence ends with a blue, horizontal-striped screen.
