A hand lifts a piece of paper to reveal a series of three distinct, grotesque drawings: a skeletal figure with glowing eyes and a green tongue, a blue and yellow fish with an oversized mouth, and a distorted human face with a bloody, exposed brain. The hand then peels back the paper to expose the full, gory image of the face, which is split into three sections with red blood effects. The setting is a plain white surface.
