Trata-ta-ta

A man in a black jacket stands on a road, holding a wooden baton in one hand and a white cylindrical object in the other, gesturing and speaking emphatically while a woman in a purple scarf stands behind him. He moves the baton and the white object in his hands, shifting his gaze and expression as he speaks, with bare trees and a road visible in the background.
