Up&Down

Two construction workers are lifting a large, flat concrete slab using a small, manually operated hoist attached to a metal scaffold. One worker stands on the ground, pulling on a rope to raise the slab, while the other stands on the platform of the hoist, guiding the slab upward as it moves vertically along the side of a partially built brick building.
