In a room with a black and white checkered floor, three men in turbans interact; one stands and gestures while another sits at a table, and the third moves from the left side of the room toward the table, all under a large clock on the floor. The scene cuts to a close-up of a man in a police uniform sitting at a desk, touching his chin thoughtfully.
