Never can tell

A man in a turtleneck and jacket stands in a crowded room, smiling as he interacts with a young girl with a braid who faces him. The girl raises her arms and moves her body in a dance-like motion while the man watches her, and the surrounding crowd observes the interaction. The scene takes place indoors, with a red sign bearing Russian text visible in the background.
