Two glowing, skeletal hands move toward each other against a dark background, then the scene cuts to a close-up of a single red eye with a black pupil, which blinks. The view shifts to a long-haired figure in a white coat, seen from the side, as red, orb-like shapes float past them. The scene returns to the skeletal hands, now positioned above a dark, amorphous form covered in numerous red eyes, before the final shot reveals a monstrous, toothy maw emerging from a swirling red and black void.
