behind the door...

The main subject is a cartoon man in a military-style uniform who stands in the upper right corner of a hospital room, repeatedly adjusting his green cap with his right hand while a dialogue box at the bottom of the screen cycles through Russian text. The setting is a hospital room with a bed, a desk, and medical equipment, and the scene remains static except for the man's hand movements and the changing text.
