wtf

A man stands on a balcony with a metal railing, holding a coiled wire that forms a series of nested, concentric arcs in front of his torso. He slowly unwinds the wire from a spool in his right hand, causing the arcs to expand outward and then contract back inward in a continuous, looping motion. The background consists of green foliage and a paved patio.
