What's wrong?

A male character lies on his back, then sits up abruptly, revealing a female character with long hair leaning over him; he reacts with wide eyes and an open mouth, while she maintains a calm expression, set against a dark, blue-toned background. The scene transitions to a black and white line drawing of a character with long hair and pointed ears, blushing with closed eyes and small sparkles around them.
