Sponge

SpongeBob SquarePants stands in a dimly lit room with red lighting, smiling as a translucent, spotted figure floats behind him; the scene cuts to a green-lit room where SpongeBob, now green, sits at a table with a potted plant, while the same ghostly figure floats in the background; the sequence then shifts to Squidward Tentacles in his bed, initially shown in a close-up with a distressed expression, then in a wider shot where he lies in bed, visibly frightened, under a thatched canopy, with a red lamp on a side table, as the lighting changes from red to green to blue.
