Legs pay taxes

A man in a white jersey lies on a green football pitch while another man in a white and blue tracksuit stands over him, holding his raised leg, as a crowd watches from the stands. The scene cuts to a man in a dark suit sitting at a table with a microphone, speaking to a crowd holding signs, then to a close-up of his face, followed by a woman with dark hair making a face in a grassy outdoor area.
