Power of the moon

A cartoon character with black hair and a green shirt stands against a background of yellow stars on a green field, holding his hands together in front of his chest, as Russian text appears at the bottom of the screen. The scene begins with the character's face in close-up, showing a pained expression and a fist near his face, then transitions to a full-body shot of him in a determined pose, with the text "настало время" and "сокрушать ебальники" appearing sequentially.
