A woman in pink pajamas sits on a green stool as a man in a white coat pretends to give her an injection; she reacts with exaggerated distress, screaming and flailing, while a man in a black t-shirt holds a metal tray; the man in the coat then feigns surprise and steps back as the woman collapses forward, and the man with the tray moves it away. The scene takes place in a room with a white door labeled "牙科" (dentist) and a blackboard.
