Catch the medkit

Three children are on a wet, paved street near a utility pole; one child lies on the ground next to an orange bicycle while the other two stand nearby, with water spraying from a pipe on the ground. The children move around the area, with the child in blue eventually standing up and walking away as the others remain close to the fallen bike.
