A man in a blue shirt and black pants performs a rhythmic, high-knee running motion in place on a blue gym floor, while a woman in a white shirt stands in the background holding a ball. The man repeatedly lifts his knees high, moving his arms in a running motion, as the camera remains stationary in the gymnasium.
