Sailor girl

A character in a purple suit runs across the surface of the ocean, leaps onto the side of a large ship, and climbs up its hull, then appears in a different setting where he is attacked by a soldier with a weapon and reacts by dodging. The scene begins on a vast ocean with a distant ship under a clear sky, then transitions to a futuristic urban environment.
