The evil old woman

A man in a leather jacket and sunglasses stands on one side of a glass partition, while a young boy on the other side holds a phone receiver to his ear; the man then takes the receiver and speaks into it, while the boy watches, and the scene cuts to an older woman on a phone call who smiles and speaks, before cutting back to the man and boy in the same position.
