Did it all

A white cartoon cat stands in a basement, turning a red valve on a large vertical pipe, which causes a massive gush of water to erupt from a horizontal pipe above, flooding the room. The cat watches the water flow, then turns to face the camera with a neutral expression as the water continues to pour.
