A young, overweight boy in a beige sweater and black pants stands on a concrete surface, initially sitting on a wooden stump before standing up, then walks forward while holding a thin black stick and making a hand gesture near his face. The setting appears to be an outdoor area with a red garment visible to the left and a pink scooter in the background.
