Captivity

A person in black athletic wear lies on a mat on a wooden floor, performing a leg exercise by lifting one leg straight up while keeping the other leg bent and foot on the floor, alternating between the left and right legs in a controlled motion. The setting is a studio with white brick walls and wooden ballet barres.
