ICARUS

A bright blue beam of light shoots from a large spacecraft, striking a tree and then a small figure, who is subsequently seen falling through a dark, rainy night. The sequence begins with the beam hitting the tree, then the figure, followed by a view through a camera lens aperture, and ends with the figure falling.
