Attack on Titan

A chibi-style character with dark hair and a brown uniform stands with their back to the viewer, facing a wooden door, then turns to reveal a wide-eyed, distressed expression with spiraling eyes and a sweat drop, while text appears saying "(Slide!)" and "I'm sorry I'm...". The scene cuts to a different character with blonde hair being held from behind by a man in a dark suit, who is smiling and saying, "I'm just dying to hear your cute little voice," while the chibi character from the first scene is shown in the corner with a shocked expression.
