A dark-haired anime character with glasses stands in a snowy, mountainous landscape, holding a glowing red orb as shadowy figures with red eyes emerge from the mist behind him. The scene cuts to a white-haired character in a red and black coat running across train tracks, followed by a dark, monstrous creature with glowing red eyes crawling on the tracks as the word "Darling" appears in glowing text. The sequence continues with a female character in a school uniform falling through a bright sky, then a group of diverse anime characters standing together in a dimly lit, industrial setting.
