City 666

A grotesque, heavily mutated humanoid creature with exposed muscle and bone stumbles forward in a dark, industrial environment, its body contorted as it moves toward the camera. The scene cuts between this creature and other monstrous figures in a dimly lit, decaying setting, with brief flashes of a character wielding a weapon and a dark, shadowy figure moving through a narrow passage.
