A person stands in the middle of a road at night, facing a barrier of orange and white construction barriers with "ROAD CLOSED" signs, and repeatedly raises their right arm in a rhythmic motion while standing still. The scene is illuminated by two bright blue lights on poles, with a dark, hazy background suggesting an urban or industrial setting.
