A man in a light blue shirt and glasses sits in the driver's seat of a moving car, looking forward and speaking, then suddenly throws his head back and raises his right hand to his forehead in a gesture of frustration or disbelief. The scene cuts to a television test pattern with a circular inset of a chicken and the Russian text "Технические неполадки" (Technical difficulties).
