All hands on deck

Two men in light-colored shirts sit side-by-side against a purple background, engaged in a conversation where the man on the right gestures with his right hand while speaking, and the man on the left listens and reacts with changing facial expressions. The scene abruptly cuts to a black-and-white shot of a man in a dark, ornate robe with a hood, who looks upward with a wide-eyed, open-mouthed expression, then raises his right arm with a clenched fist.
