The owner is an idiot

A person in a full-body tiger costume walks across a carpeted living room, then drops to the floor and crawls forward, moving from the center of the room toward the camera before the view is obscured by the costume's head. The setting is a domestic interior with a fireplace, a wooden cabinet, and a doorway visible in the background.
