Hi

A man in a dark jacket repeatedly leans forward to sign a document at a table outdoors, while two other men sit beside him, one looking at a phone and the other speaking into a microphone, with a crowd watching behind them; the scene alternates with a split screen showing the same man on a landline phone indoors.
