A woman in a light-colored shirt and dark vest speaks into a red telephone receiver while facing a man in a dark uniform; the man, who has a shaved head, holds the other receiver to his ear and looks at her, with a third man visible in the background through a glass partition; the scene alternates between close-ups of the woman and the man as they converse, with the man occasionally closing his eyes and the woman displaying shifting expressions.
