good morning

A muscular man in a white undergarment lies on a hospital bed, then sits up and turns to face a door where a smaller man in a helmet and undergarment stands, holding a small object and making a defiant gesture. The scene begins with a group of similar characters in a hallway, one of whom enters the room, leading to the man on the bed reacting with anger and grabbing the object.
