Two men in dark uniforms with red-trimmed hats stand at a newsstand, facing a white, blocky character with large blue eyes that appears in the window. The character's expression changes from neutral to a wide, open-mouthed smile as the men observe it, with one man turning his head slightly toward the other. The scene is set outdoors beside a glass-fronted newsstand filled with magazines.
