It just fell down by accident.

A man in overalls stands on a city sidewalk next to a pile of cardboard boxes, looking down at a person lying on the ground among the debris, while a woman walks past in the background and another person is visible in the doorway of a building with a sign reading "ПЕНАНС КУЛИНАРИЯ". The man in overalls bends over the person on the ground, then straightens up and turns his head to look toward the camera, while the woman continues walking away.
