A man in a blue patterned suit sits at a table in a formal room, repeatedly raising his right hand to his temple in a gesture resembling a salute or a signal, while a woman with blonde hair sits beside him, resting her head on her hand. The scene loops, showing the man making the gesture, lowering his hand, and repeating the motion, with other people seated in the background.
