Budget Escape

A man in a suit and glasses stands in a dimly lit room with barred windows, gesturing with his right index finger while speaking, then turns his head to the side, revealing a wall with photographs behind him; the scene cuts to a close-up of a man in a light blue shirt and suspenders looking concerned, then returns to the first man who now looks through a hole in a wall, with a uniformed officer visible behind him.
